Summary


The IN Aged and Disabled Waiver offers home and community-based services to eligible Indiana residents aged 60 and older, as well as those who are blind or disabled. Eligibility Requirements


  1. Meet Medicaid eligibility guidelines.
  2. Be age 60 or older.
  3. Reside in or transitioning into an HCBS-compliant setting (non-institutionalized).
  4. Have income no greater than 300% of maximum Supplemental Security Income (SSI) amount.
  5. Meet nursing facility level of care.
